Family: Bittersweet travels

July 8th, 2017

Sitting in the Portland airport, waiting to return home after a lovely week with family in Bend, Oregon.  Loved so much seeing son, daughter, daughter-in-law and my two adorable grandsons.  It is so bittersweet to leave them, as usual.  But also looking forward to returning to my hubby, my beautiful warm desert and my students and teaching.  So thankful for my health, my loving family and my magnificent life.

Silver Words of Wisdom

Besides land (dry) yoga, water yoga and Ai Chi I am studying Qi Gong and am totally in love with it.  I’m starting a Wise Woman’s Wellness Circle this Sunday in Indio that will focus on self-care for women using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Qi Gong.  I am super excited. Qi Gong is so accessible…it’s a beautiful flowing practice and when done outside on the grass, in the sunshine, it enlivens and lifts my spirit!

I’ll keep you posted on my upcoming events.  But in the meantime, check out my class schedule for a class near you.
